Should i be clean shaven

Does a guy need to shave every day? Should he? Here, writers Adam Hurly and Cam Wolf take up the debate. Co-signed by the fashion world long ago, perma-stubble has finally won acceptance in the workplace. And thank God. But when it comes to a clean shaven look, you don't have to worry about trimming or keeping a stubble or heavy beard. Not all, but some men often tend to relate their stress with their looks.

If you are not having a good day, then one can easily figure it out by the way you look, with beard it becomes even more obvious. When it comes to clean shaven look, you don't have to think about it much as you don't have to worry about what to focus more on — the problem or the beard. If you fancy your beard, then get ready to spend a lot of money and time in using grooming kits for your beard to make it look presentable and also keep it in a good condition.

It takes a lot of time and effort to take care of your beard. For clean shaven men, there is nothing to worry about. Just style yourself and you are good to go. Some say that a clean shave makes you look un-manly, whereas beards make you look sexy. While the latter might be true to some extent but the former is not. If this would have been the case then Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan would not have looked hotter at such an age. A clean shave does not make you look any less manly than other men.

Beard grows naturally, you can groom it for sure but you cannot change the way the facial hair appears on your face. Not everyone can grow a full beard or stubble; some even grow a 'soul patch' and often a thin one. If you think you have this kind of beard then clean shave is THE look for you. I decided that I would grow facial hair for the month of November.

But soon after, I decided I kind of liked it, so kept it. Plenty of facial hair that required styling of some sorts. Shaving can be such a chore. After I got one they said I suited it, and that was that. The only way of knowing if you suit one and like one is to try it yourself.

Beards and facial hair make you look older…Not in a bad way. You have facial hair, and you have to keep it tidy. That means using product on it to keep it nice, and styling and shaping it. This can be time consuming, getting it all neat and even on both sides and throughout the beard. When I had a beard, it actually took me longer to maintain it with shaving the style, which was only to ensure it was even on both sides.

Nothing complicated, but still took more effort than shaving it clean. Beards can grow in patchy. This very much depends on your own hair pattern. You can use beard oil to keep it soft or aftershave balm to keep things cool down. If you want the clean cut look, then the obvious choice is to go clean shaven.

On the other hand, a clean-shaven chin encourages proper care; by being exposed to the savage winter environment, a baby-soft jaw yearns for the necessary attention. Next on the chopping block: that cold weather insulation that beards are touted to provide. Now, don't get us wrong, beards really are great at shielding your skin from precipitation— but only in the short term.

With prolonged exposure, though, not so much.
